ESTA’s Conference programme has covered a major aspects in the cash industry: the demand for cash, how it is evolving, and how thecash industry should respond to it. The key assets of cash are: availability, reliability, efficiency and safety. The 2016 Conference has looked at cash demand from many angles, including the protection of cash from thieves.
During the Conference, has took place the round table PROTECTING CASH FROM THIEVES: AN ARRAY OF COMPLEMENTARY SOLUTIONS moderated by Ron Delnevo, Atmia Executive Director Europe. Carlos Riaza from Load Safer has been one of the participants of this round table.
Cash in transit robbery involve continued losses for companies.

LOAD SAFER has developed a proactive smoke security system and also a technology specifically designed to prevent theft in the cash transport sector. It combines management of electronics to detect intrusions at the cargo area which activates up to 16 smoke generators, each of them able to protect the cargo area completely. Furthermore, a specific communication module is available, which remotely can program and receive information of occurred events If the intruders manage to take out part of shipment, LOAD SAFER has an effective tracking module for the stolen merchandise during a 12 hours period.
